"Monkey Dead" was released as a 4-track CD single (Independiente 10MS) around the time of the album's release. The other tracks are "Crazy," "Fallen Flower," and "Black Blood."
"Loud and Lippy," a 4-track EP, was released by Independiente in 7" (ISOM 19S) and CD (ISOM 19) formats; the latter may be only a promo. The tracklisting is "Loud Crowd," "Lips," "Black Blood (live)," and "Second Coming."
An edited version of "Hard Sun" was issued as a promotional single.

Recorded in the house over four weeks and mixed in Mayfair and Rack (London), this album relied hugely on the environment out of which it was borne. Gavin Clarke's incredible voice was so intimate that he required the privacy of the house, while the stand-up bass and slide guitar provided rich and wonderful overriding dynamics throughout.
